Field Service Engineer
Coperion is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Pitman, NJ.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for fixing service issues and providing training to customers in the use and maintenance of K-Tron equipment at customer sites.

Repair and correct equipment problems at customer sitesCommissioning new equipment at customer sitesAdjust and modify Coperion K-Tron equipment as required to meet the customer's process needs.
Provide training to customers in the use and maintenance of Coperion K-Tron equipment.
Document and co-ordinate the service performed and forward to Coperion K-TronSuggest, where appropriate, improvements to Coperion K-Tron equipmentManage individual travel and expense budget based on Coperion K-Tron guidelines.
Assist in documenting customer needs or requests for forwarding to Coperion K-TronTechnical product, electrical and mechanical aptitudeKnowledge on usage of hand tools, power tools, schematics, test equipment, blueprints, Coperion K-Tron control equipmentOther duties may be assigned by the manager.
Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma minimum required, technical school degree a plus.

year(s) experience of mechanical and electrical aptitude, understanding data manipulation and analysis.
Valid Driver's LicenseExperience troubleshooting technical equipment.
Valid PassportWillingness to travel 90%Intermediate computer skills - Microsoft OfficeGreat to Haves:
Technical school degree Four (4) years of experience in engineering and/or service of highly technical equipment Fluency in the Spanish language a plus Physical Demands:
