Lifetime Recovery, Renewed Light, and our future location, Changing Tides.
The Operations Associiare will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, project management, and the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across all locations.
Key
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead and manage projects across Lifetime Recovery, Renewed Light, and Changing Tides, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, processes, and technologies to achieve organizational goals.
Team Leadership:
Direct and support a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment, facilitating professional growth, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and objectives.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for operational excellence, growth, and the expansion of services.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, continuously seeking ways to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Financial Management:
Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control measures related to operations and projects.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, community partners, and regulatory bodies.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide comprehensive reports on operational performance, project progress, and strategic outcomes, utilizing data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry.
Proven track record of successful project management and operational improvement initiatives.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams across multiple locations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
