Responsibilities:
- Meet with Brides and clients in selecting the right flowers and arrangements for their needs.
Must have the ability to translate a client's floral vision into a reality.
- Earn a percentage of every Wedding booked.
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events - Maintain inventory of floral supplies and order new stock as needed - Arrange flowers in an aesthetically pleasing manner - Keep work area clean and organized - Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of orders - Excellent communication skills in English to interact with customers and understand their preferences - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Creativity and artistic flair to design unique and visually appealing floral arrangements - Knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, and how to care for them - Sales skills to effectively sell floral products to customers Note:
Prior experience as a Floral Designer and /or flower Shop Manager is required.
